FlexiDesk is $2 AUD per spot per month, billed monthly based on total desk and space capacity across all your spaces. For example, if you have 10 desks and 5 car parks, that's 15 spots at $2 each = $30 AUD/month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new workspaces get a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Booking is paused until you subscribe. Your spaces, settings and historical data are preserved — nothing is deleted. Subscribe and everything picks up right where you left off.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
